Strengthening Regional Collaboration in ADR

The Asian International Arbitration Centre welcomed a visit from Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha and Azm Ali of SAMDANI QURESHI AQLAAL (SQA), a member firm of Andersen Global, during their recent visit to Kuala Lumpur.

The meeting provided a valuable platform to exchange perspectives on the evolving Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) landscapes in Malaysia and Pakistan. Discussions focused on institutional developments, regional trends, and opportunities for enhanced cooperation in dispute resolution across Asia.

During the engagement, Dr. Piracha, in her capacity as CEO of the International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP), shared key insights into ADR developments and reforms in Pakistan, highlighting the growing momentum towards institutionalised and technology-driven dispute resolution.
