Our Aim

The International Centre for Appropriate Dispute Resolution and Prevention (ICADRP) aims to strengthen access to justice by promoting the effective use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Pakistan and beyond. The Centre provides a credible, professional, and institutional platform for mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution mechanisms that complement the traditional judicial system.

Through its services, capacity-building initiatives, and institutional collaborations, ICADRP works to develop a modern dispute resolution ecosystem that is efficient, accessible, and responsive to the needs of individuals, businesses, and public institutions.

Our Objectives

Institutionalising ADR in Pakistan

Expanding Access to Justice

  • Facilitate accessible and affordable dispute resolution services for individuals, businesses, and public institutions.
  • Provide mechanisms that allow disputes to be resolved in a timely, confidential, and cost-effective manner.
  • Support improved access to justice for socially and economically disadvantaged groups.

Building Professional Capacity

  • Develop the professional capacity of mediators, arbitrators, judges, and ADR practitioners through specialised training and certification programmes.

Strengthening ADR Infrastructure
