Strategic MoU Signed with OIC Arbitration Centre at Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025

ICADRP entered into a strategic partnership with the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Arbitration Centre during the Riyadh International Disputes Week 2025, marking a significant step towards strengthening Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) frameworks in emerging markets.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was formalised by Dr. Umar Oseni and Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha, establishing a foundation for long-term collaboration between the two institutions.

As part of this engagement, ICADRP co-organised a session titled:
“Emerging Markets: Unlocking Economic Growth through Effective ADR Mechanisms.”

The partnership aims to:

  • Promote joint capacity-building initiatives in ADR
  • Strengthen dispute prevention and mitigation mechanisms
  • Support the development of efficient and accessible dispute resolution systems
  • Contribute to economic growth and investor confidence across the OIC region and beyond

This collaboration reflects ICADRP’s commitment to building strategic international partnerships and advancing modern, effective dispute resolution systems that support sustainable economic development.
