Dr Nudrat E. Piracha, CEO of ICADRP, was invited to speak at the World Arbitration Update (WAU) 2025 in Washington, D.C., contributing to high-level discussions on international arbitration and cross-border disputes.
She participated in a panel titled “Exploring the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC): Unravelling Infrastructure and Energy Disputes, Opportunities, Challenges, and What Lies Ahead.”
The session brought together leading practitioners to examine the legal, commercial, and regional dimensions of disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure and energy projects under CPEC. Discussions focused on dispute resolution frameworks, investment challenges, and opportunities for regional cooperation and legal innovation.
