“Building Skills. Strengthening Practice. Transforming Dispute Resolution.”
ICADRP successfully conducted its flagship 40-hour Mediation Training Programme in Islamabad from 23–27 August 2025, bringing together professionals from diverse sectors to develop internationally aligned mediation skills.
This intensive, in-person programme is designed to equip participants with practical tools to resolve disputes efficiently, reduce reliance on litigation, and preserve professional and commercial relationships. The training meets the 40-hour certification threshold required for court-annexed mediation under the policy framework of the Ministry of Law & Justice.
Programme Highlights
Learning Experience
The training followed a “learning by doing” approach, combining theory with immersive practice. Participants actively engaged in multiple mediation simulations, receiving continuous guidance from trainers and coaches.
Dedicated coaching sessions enabled participants to refine their techniques, reflect on their approach, and build confidence in managing complex disputes. The collaborative environment fostered peer learning, critical thinking, and practical application of mediation principles.
