ICADRP marked a significant milestone in Pakistan’s justice sector with the launch of the country’s first fully digital Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. Developed with the support of the U.S. Mission to Pakistan and the Pakistan–U.S. Alumni Network (PUAN), the platform represents a major step toward accessible, efficient, and technology-driven dispute resolution.
Designed in alignment with international best practices and Pakistan’s legal framework, the platform enables users to file, manage, and resolve disputes entirely online through secure and user-centric systems.
