We are proud to welcome Fidana Alieva as the lead trainer for this cohort.
Ms. Alieva is a SIMI and SMC-accredited mediator with over 13 years of experience in conflict resolution across commercial, workplace, and family business disputes. Her global practice includes mediations and advisory work with institutions such as the Asian Development Bank, the Food and Agriculture Organisation, the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe, and other international bodies.
She also serves as a mediator and assessor at leading global platforms, including the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition and the CDRC Vienna, and has trained professionals from over 70 countries through the International Mediation Campus / CONSENSUS Group (Germany).
