This recognition reflects her extensive work in international arbitration, access to justice, and the advancement of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Pakistan and beyond. Through her leadership at ICADRP and her professional engagements, she has played a key role in promoting institutional development, capacity building, and legal reform.
Dr. Piracha’s professional journey includes notable milestones, including being among the first Pakistani women to attain a Doctorate in Juridical Sciences (S.J.D.) and her designation as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
