Contributing to Global Dialogue on Cross-Border Dispute Resolution
SAMDANI QURESHI AQLAAL (SQA) was honoured to participate in the Belt and Road High-Level Dialogue on International Commercial Arbitration 2024, held in Xiamen, China.
Led by Dr. Nudrat E. Piracha, Partner and Head of International Arbitration Practice at SQA, the delegation was invited to contribute as expert panellists reflecting continued recognition of ICADRP and SQA’s expertise in international arbitration and dispute resolution.

Co-organised by the ICC International Court of Arbitration and ICC China, the Dialogue brought together approximately 200 participants, including leading practitioners, policymakers, and institutional representatives from across jurisdictions.
The event served as a key platform to explore emerging trends in cross-border dispute resolution, particularly in the context of Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) projects.
